Imperx Highlights Imaging Solutions at Automation Fair 2025
October 2, 2025 Boca Raton, Florida
Imperx, a world leader in rugged and reliable industrial camera technology, will showcase a cutting-edge portfolio of automation imaging products at the Rockwell Automation Fair being held at the McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago from November 17th to 20th, 2025.
Engineered for precision, reliability, and seamless integration, these solutions are built to meet the rigorous demands of today’s industrial and automation environments.
Live Demonstrations
At RAF, Imperx will deliver live demonstrations of the highly anticipated Panther
AI-Smart Camera AI1-P1911C, the industry’s first smart camera supporting Common Industrial Protocol (CIP™) and EtherNet/IP™ for seamless integration with factory PLCs including Rockwell Automation equipment. Featuring the Sony IMX429 sensor and running at 40 frames per second, the camera will be inspecting items for defects, color matching, and other anomalies based on predetermined rules using deep learning techniques. The Panther AI1-P1911C camera has a compact design, fast AI core, low power consumption, and an IP67 rating.
Imperx’s broad portfolio of IP67 cameras offers 10 models engineered with rugged housings to resist dust, dirt, sand, shock, vibration, and water immersion up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. Featuring GigE Vision® with Power over Ethernet, these cameras ensure simplified installation, long-term durability, and exceptional imaging performance without the need for additional enclosures.

IMPERX will also be demonstrating the capabilities of our patented EtherNet/IP™ Process Video Recorder (EIPVR) system. This advanced event recording system captures high-speed video, is EtherNet/IP conformance-tested, fully compatible with IEEE 1588, and utilizes Power over Ethernet (PoE) cabling for easy installation. The EIPVR records up to 60 seconds of video at 250 fps, automatically saves footage to a server, and enables quick playback for immediate feedback. This product is designed to eliminate line stoppages, streamline troubleshooting, and resolve integration issues on the first occurrence (EIPVR integrates seamlessly with PLCs and plant floor computers). Triggered via EtherNet/IP the system is ODVA tested and approved, ensuring compatibility with all EtherNet/IP devices.
